Manchego cheese made from 60% pasteurized cow milk, 20% of milk pasteurized sheep milk and 20% pasteurized goat milk. From the region of Ciudad Real, the heart of la Mancha, the cheese is produced totally handmade. Thanks to the mixture of three kinds of milk and cured for a minimum of 10 months, this iberian cheese presents a creamy texture and a mild and pleasant flavor and odor.
